Plans and credits

What a credit is, what things typically cost, and what happens when you run out.

AI work is paid for in credits. Before each bigger step the app shows an estimate; you're charged what the work actually cost, which is often less.

Plans

  • Starter (free): 1,000 welcome credits, once. 2 projects, videos up to 1 minute in Normal mode, and 10 free storyboard runs. Videos end with a short "Made with CinemaScape AI" card.
  • Pro ($20 a month): 5,000 credits every month, 10 projects, Movie mode and videos up to 5 minutes.
  • Studio ($50 a month): 12,500 credits every month, unlimited projects, HD (1080p) animation and top-quality pictures.

Typical costs

  • A 30-second video: about 600–900 credits. One minute: about 1,000–1,500.
  • A 30-second Movie-mode film: about 2,600–3,800.
  • A scene picture or a redraw: about 60, with its quality checks. A character, place or object picture: about 15. An animated scene: about 100 in Draft, about 305 in HD.
  • Original music: about 190 a minute. Library music is included.
  • A film storyboard: about 50. AI writing tools: 5–30 each.

Keep 20–50% extra for fixes. Every AI result is a new take, and some scenes need a redraw or a second animation.

Monthly credits and top-ups

Monthly credits reset each billing month. Welcome credits and top-ups never expire. Need more? Go to Profile › Pricing & Billing and buy +1,125 credits for $5 or +3,750 credits for $15. The studio shows Top up → beside your balance when it runs low.

If you run out

AI work pauses, and everything you've made stays as it is. Top up or move to a bigger plan to carry on. If an animation fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
