Poster, PDF and your team

Make a poster, export a production PDF and invite people to read and comment.

Poster

Click View / Add poster, then Generate poster (with an optional direction for the AI) or Upload poster. You get landscape and portrait versions to Download. To take it off, click the × next to Download (Remove poster).

Export a PDF

Click Export PDF, choose the sections (poster, World Bible, treatment, screenplay, storyboards, shot list, blocking worksheets) and the scenes, then Export PDF. You get a cover page and each section in order. Exporting is free.

Invite your team

  1. Click Team in the right-hand menu.
  2. Under Invite a collaborator, enter their email, a name and a Role: Viewer (reads everything) or Commenter (reads and comments).
  3. Click Send invite. People who already have an account see the project at once; on Pro and Studio, new people get an email invitation.

Current team lists everyone on the project. People who haven’t signed up yet show Pending sign-in, and Remove takes someone off.

Everyone discusses the work in Project comments, at the bottom of the project page, and in each scene's Comments tab.
